What’s the first thing you put in your body each morning??
My new favorite thing is making a big ass deliciously healthy drink first thing in the morning to get my body kickstarted with hydration + health. It sets the tone for my entire day 🙌🏼
You don’t need anything fancy to do this, even a quick squeeze of fresh lemon, lime, orange, tangerine (etc) will do the trick. (I like to add stevia for a bit of sweet).
Today’s drink is one of my new favorites! Blue Lavender Lemon!!
Here are the ingredients:
-1 quart water
-1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
-1 tsp @goodonyaorganic hydrate powder for daily minerals + electrolytes
-1 scoop lavender/lemon @vitalproteins collagen
-1/2 scoop @kos luminous blue spirulina powder
-7 drops of stevia
So yummy!!
You can do this with so many different things, even a simple kombucha or tea diluted with water + fresh citrus squeezed in.
Don’t overcomplicate it. Have fun. Nourish your body first thing in the morning, it’s your home!! 🌈🏡☀️
