We often make our food choices from a place of judgement.
I don’t believe in one way of eating and I would never presume to tell someone the way they should eat. What works for me may not work for you. And vice versa.
We are each totally unique beings with unique needs based on lifestyle, blood type, ancestry, sensitivities, climate, etc.
One-size-fits-all diets don’t honor this. They don’t honor you as a unique individual with unique needs.
We’ve learned to search outside ourselves for the answers. To ask doctors, to ask “experts”, and to try new diet fads.
But all of these methods are incomplete, if you ask me.
My approach is about going directly to the source to get your answers. Going to the body itself. Because those are the purest answers you’ll ever get.
This takes slowing down, it takes practice, and it takes an entirely new mindset. But developing a connection with your own inner guidance is one of the most powerful skills you will ever learn, and spills into every area of your life.
It’s not the fast fix that we’re used to, but in my experience those fast fixes tend not to stick and tend not to actually be supportive.
