Our thoughts are very powerful.
When we think a thought repeatedly, over many many years, it begins to form a groove in our brain that makes the thought come more easily and more naturally.
Thoughts have the power to trigger physiological response in the body too. So quite literally our thoughts create our entire reality, including our physical and emotional reality.
