have felt shallow and highly masculine.
Forcing ourselves to eat or workout in some unsustainable way, doing it from a place of force or shame,
believing that our weight or size or shape is wrong.
But I want to offer something different -
Feeling good in your body is of service.
When I felt gross in my body, I would shrink myself.
I would stay at home because all my clothes felt tight and I was embarrassed to be out in the world.
I hid my gifts from the world because I didn’t want to be seen.
When I feel good in my body, I feel confident and proud of myself.
I feel grounded, I feel centered and I feel connected to my Soul.
You feeling great in your body helps others.
Because when you feel great, you shine more light.
My desire is to help you rise in your power + confidence
(which really isn't about how much you weigh at all).
It's about how you Feel.
It's about coming into harmony with your body,
so your weight can balance naturally.
It's about releasing the "shoulds" around your weight,
so your body can balance to the size and shape that's
most supportive for you.
Together, we'll do this with deep listening
and by creating loving habits that you enjoy.
When we deprive ourselves through force, we create
more struggle and resistance.
When we listen to our bodies, with curiosity and compassion,
it happens naturally.

Hi, I'm Erinn!
I'm a trained Mind/Body/Spirit Health Coach from IIN,
devoted to helping you strengthen the bond between you and the wisdom you have within.
You have the power to create balancing in your body, without
shaming yourself or your body for being "wrong".
This class was born from my experience with my own
50 pound weight loss in 2010 and my healing journey with Ulcerative Colitis.
I've taken everything I used to heal and balance my weight and put it into a powerful 3 month experience that will completely change your relationship with your weight,
your body and your purpose work.
